Management Team

Lisbeth Bagnold, President & CEO

As president, CEO and owner of L&M Production Design Group, Lisbeth Bagnold has an unyielding zest for the communications business. Her career encompasses over three decades of experience with virtually every aspect of the industry. Before entering the business communications arena, Beth had already distinguished herself as a performing artist, choreographer, and director in New York. Her extensive experience in theatrical shows and international tours has proven to be an invaluable asset.

Beth’s emphasis on communication efficacy and creative innovation is reflected in the caliber of the L&M team and the results they achieve for L&M clients. She searches for people with skills that complement one another and bring an increased dynamic to the team. Providing creative guidance for each project that L&M produces, she states, “vision is key to advancing our clients’ communication goals.” Experiences that keep the visioning process sharp and on point enhance the process, which has consistently resulted in award-winning productions that reach audiences and effect real change in what they know, how they feel, and how they are called to action.

Under Beth’s guidance, L&M has won dozens of awards for creative achievement and excellence. Notably, L&M won the Blue Chip Enterprise Award for exceptional business practices and MPI’s Global Paragon Award for meeting excellence and ROI. According to Beth, “passion drives us to top our own performance everyday, and to meet every new client challenge as an opportunity for growth.”

Lisa Nelson,  Vice President, Administration & Finance

As VP of Administration and Finance, Lisa Nelson brings over 20 years of administrative and financial experience to the L&M team. As a real estate and business entrepreneur, she has a diverse background in management and contracts, which included ownership of her own intellectual property company for over 18 years.

Bruce trained in photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and then swiftly evolved from photojournalism and publication work into creating special effects for industrial multi-image presentations.  His move from photography to digital technologies was a natural one.

Clients are consistently impressed not only by Bruce’s strong creative design skills and his command of multimedia tools, but also by his ability to communicate their use to audiences with diverse technical knowledge.  This ease of expression, the complete focus on client needs, all grounded in Bruce’s depth of expertise, make it possible for L&M to steadily advance along with the future edge of technology.
